You may have an impressive professional background but still not be familiar with job interviews. Some Internet sites will help you prepare for them. Here are a few of the general questions you will probably be asked :

  • What do you know about our company ?
  • Why does this particular position interest you ?
  • Describe your last job in detail.
  • Which aspects of your current position do you like most/least ?
  • Why do you want to leave your present employment ?
  • What do you expect from your next job ?
  • What are your expectations of the position that we are offering you ?
  • What are your strengths and weaknesses ?

To be "successful" in a job interview, it is best to brief yourself in advance on the company (via the Internet for example). It is also advisable to show your interest by asking questions. Here are a few examples:

  • What are the responsibilities that come with the position ?
  • What would the profile of your ideal candidate be ?
  • What are the qualities required for this position ?
  • Is it a new vacancy or a replacement ?
  • What are the career prospects ?
  • Can you tell me about the team I would be working with ?
  • What would be expected of me during the first few months ?
  • Could you explain your corporate culture ?
  • If you are interviewed by one of our clients, call us as soon as possible after the meeting to give us your feedback. We can then inform you of the impression you made on our client.
  • If the job is offered to you, we can advise on salary, benefits, notice period, etc.

BackWe will help you in this way to make your career choices.
